All prices on my website are in Dollars and include all taxes

Payment :
Payment is possible by sending you an invoice with a link to pay direct with Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express) thru a 3D secure payment system handle by Stripe.
Payment by wire transfer is possible and preferred for larger amount such as limited edition print order and/or order including several prints or items.

Shipping :
- Limited Edition Print :
Limited Edition prints are produced once your order is placed and will ship out as soon as production time is finished
Production time :
- Fine Art Paper Print : 3/5 days
- Framed Print : 7/10 days
Shipping for USA and Europe :
3/5 days for books and paper prints and 5/7 days for framed
Shipping to the rest of the world is possible

- Fine Art Paper Print will be carefully rolled in a reinforced tube and shipped to you.
We highly recommend to bring your print directly to your framer and avoid any manipulations.
- Framed prints will be shipped in a custom wood crate.
- All my limited edition prints (print only and framed are shipped with DHL Including insurance and tracking number.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
International orders are subject to customs and duty charges, depending on the destination country. These charges are payable upon arrival to the local administration by the buyer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges.
All orders of limited edition prints are final and no refund is possible.
No refunds is possible on limited edition print !

Due to high cost of production and shipping we ask you to make sure that your order is final.
On Commission works there is a non refundable advance to start the work and the rest once you are satisfied with the results of the commission.
Please feel free to reach out anytime for any help with your order.
We always make sure that you receive the product(s) you purchased and will keep you updated with your order status and tracking number when available.
If by any mischance your product is damaged during shipping, please let us know with 2 days after reception, by emailing us with photos (product and package) and describe the damage.
We would reproduce the print if damaged and resend it to you at no cost if the above steps are followed.
