This website is operated by Pablo Marquez Gallery. By accessing or purchasing through this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Marquez Gallery reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Artwork & Editions

 

All artworks are original fine art photographs by Pablo Márquez. Where applicable, works are part of limited editions and are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Availability is subject to change without notice.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed in USD (or specify USD/MXN). Full payment is required prior to shipment. Payment is processed securely through authorized third-party providers.

 

4. Shipping

 

Domestic and international shipping is handled via insured carriers, including DHL. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

 

5. Returns & Damage

 

All sales are final. In the event of damage during transit, the buyer must notify Marquez Gallery within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation. Claims will be handled in accordance with the carrier’s insurance policy.

 

6. Copyright

  

All images and artworks are protected under international copyright law. Purchase of artwork does not transfer reproduction rights. No image may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from Pablo Márquez.

 

7. Edition Integrity & Archival Records

 

Marquez Gallery maintains detailed archival records for each limited edition work, including:

 

  • Edition size and format
  • Print dimensions
  • Edition number placement
  • Date of production
  • Collector placement (when applicable)

This documentation ensures the long-term integrity, traceability, and authenticity of each artwork.

The artist is committed to preserving the value and scarcity of every edition. No edition will be expanded beyond its stated limit.

In the event of damage, loss, or replacement requests, records allow for accurate verification in accordance with edition policies.

The preservation of edition integrity is fundamental to the artist’s ethical and professional practice.
